Shipping:

  • We offer fast and reliable delivery services across the United Kingdom and internationally, ensuring your tea arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • You will receive tracking information for all shipments, so you can follow your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We aim to provide competitive rates and occasionally offer free delivery promotions on qualifying purchases.

  • For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our delivery costs.

Returns:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tea Story. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return reference number along with instructions on how to return your items.

  • Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used tea products. Personalised or customised items are also non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

  • Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding any delivery charges.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please contact us straight away and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
