Tea Story has just launched four new flower pastries.

Why flower pastries (and not biscuits)? Over the years of sharing tea in London, one question keeps coming up: “What should I eat with my tea?” There are plenty of options out there, but something always feels missing. Western-style sweets are often too sweet and tend to overpower the tea.
So we decided to bring in flower pastries instead.
These pastries are gently sweet, delicately textured, and made to be the perfect companion to tea. They don’t take over — they simply sit alongside it, letting both shine.
Four flavours to choose from:
Osmanthus Smoothie
Longjing Lychee
Classic Red Bean
Cheesy Strawberry

Suggested pairings:
Osmanthus Smoothie — with Osmanthus Aged White Tea: floral on floral
Longjing Lychee — with Jasmine Silver Needle: fresh with fresh
Classic Red Bean — with Lapsang Souchong: bold meets smooth
Cheesy Strawberry — with Peach Oolong: fruit meets fruit

For Those Who Miss a Taste of Home
If you’re the kind of person who, when making tea, instinctively looks for something to go with it.If you’ve ever found yourself in London, suddenly craving the smoothness of red bean paste, the gentle sweetness of osmanthus, the fresh clarity of Longjing tea.If you want to offer your guests something beyond biscuits and cakes when they come over for tea.
Then these flower pastries might just be for you.
